No. AuPairNest is a self-service matching platform. Families and caregivers connect directly, arrange their own interviews, and set their own terms. We provide the tools to find each other — everything after that is between you.
Is it really free for families too?
Yes — auPairNest is completely free for everyone. Families, au pairs, nannies and babysitters all get full access at no cost. No credit card, no hidden fees.
How do I know profiles are genuine?
Users can verify their identity by uploading an ID document and a selfie. Verified profiles display a gold tick badge so you can immediately see who has been verified. You can also filter the discover screen to show only verified profiles.
Is my data safe?
Yes. AuPairNest complies with Swiss nDSG and EU GDPR regulations. Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties. Identity documents are deleted within 30 days of verification. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
